The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) released a birthday note today, Jan. 3, its first numismatic money product for this year, the 2019 Happy Birthday Currency Note.
It features an uncirculated $1 Federal Reserve note with a serial number beginning with “2019.” The note will be from the Federal Reserve Bank in New York (B), Philadelphia (C), or San Francisco (L).
Priced at $5.95, the dollar is presented in an attractive birthday-themed folder and protected by a clear, acid-free polymer sleeve.

The BEP collaborated with the United States Mint and its money products are now sold through the Mint’s e-commerce system. Place orders for this newest release from the Premium Products section of the Mint’s website at:
